On September 7, 2005 the City of Hartford and its Executive Board, First Deputy Director of Finance, Lydia Rosario, Dr. Lillian Ruiz, Director, Office of Human Relations, and John Rose, Jr., Corporation Counsel awarded Integrated Security Services with a five year contract to investigate civilian complaints on behalf of the City Of Hartford Police Department Civilian Review Board.
