Hakki Dobie Ayverdi

West Coast Managing Director

Hakki "Dobie" Ayverdi functions as Integrated Security’s West Coast Managing Director. Mr. Ayverdi’s day-to-day responsibilities are overseeing staff hiring, training and account manager for a luxury residential high-rise located in downtown San Francisco. He also oversees security services at a large pharmaceutical company and private college located in Oakland.

Mr. Ayverdi joined Integrated’s Executive Protection Services Division in April 2002. After numerous close protection assignments, Mr. Ayverdi was promoted and relocated to Integrated’s Miami, Florida office to head the security staffing and training for a 72-story luxury Four Seasons Hotel & Residential Tower. Additional responsibilities required him to oversee security services at five hundred thousand square feet of Class A Commercial space located adjacent to the hotel and residences. After seven years, Mr. Ayverdi was promoted to Managing Director of our newly formed West Coast operations.

Mr. Ayverdi’s professional security career began in 1988 while as a military officer in the Turkish Marine Corps. During his military service, Mr. Ayverdi was selected to become a member of the Marine Corps' Special Forces Division and served NATO headquarters in Belgium. Before joining Integrated, Mr. Ayverdi began his post military career, specializing in corporate security and loss prevention with the Sheraton Hotel Group and at several luxury retail stores.
